Wine Cellar
The SIBC team partnered with The Wine Cellar, a locally owned wine bar and event space in downtown Atchison, to support the business’s growth and community presence through strategic marketing initiatives. The project focused on increasing brand awareness among local residents and college students, driving foot traffic through social media engagement and community partnerships, and boosting overall sales. The team also worked to highlight The Wine Cellar’s welcoming atmospher


TalentPro
The SIBC TalentPro team focused on advising the company on purchases through data analysis and building a template for evaluating future purchases. The team considered factors like the value of the book, how long it will take the company to make a return on their investment, the industry, payroll employee count, software module use, length of engagement, and payroll processing staff who want to be part of the transition. Since TalentPro must purchase full packages when buying


Sourcing Team
The sourcing team focused on identifying and securing both national and international clients for upcoming semesters. In addition, the team planned and executed a cultural event aimed at strengthening engagement and community within SIBC. To support long-term success, the team also developed a structured system for future client sourcing and event planning. This included creating clear processes, communication guidelines, and step-by-step instructions to streamline how future
