The SIBC TalentPro team focused on advising the company on purchases through data analysis and building a template for evaluating future purchases. The team considered factors like the value of the book, how long it will take the company to make a return on their investment, the industry, payroll employee count, software module use, length of engagement, and payroll processing staff who want to be part of the transition. Since TalentPro must purchase full packages when buying business books, they should evaluate whether the entire book-of-business offering is beneficial to the company and its growth.
The company’s goal is to grow to a $15 million company in 5 years, signaling 3x growth over the period, and the mergers and acquisitions template will help TalentPro increase ROI and grow their business in a profitable manner. TalentPro’s main markets are agriculture and manufacturing, but they plan to take on additional joint venture partners to expand.
