Executive Board
Marissa Mantz
President
Marissa Mantz is a Junior, studying Accounting and International Business and is the President of SIBC. Marissa is responsible for organizing meetings and overseeing the activities of the entire board. In addition, Marissa also maintains relationships with college administration, faculty advisors, the International Business Council (IBC), and Mr. Frank Potenziani. She also leads, manages, and supports the Executive Board in their respective roles and promotes the organization as a whole.
Gerik Meyers
Vice President
Gerik Meyers is a Senior studying Management and Entrepreneurship; as a motivated, data-driven decision-maker, Gerik is dedicated to learning and contributing to the dynamic business landscape. With a background in entrepreneurship and a real-world foundation in project management, Gerik is most passionate about business intelligence and supply chain design and optimization. In the long term, Gerik is on a path toward a role in executive leadership, hoping to drive positive change in the lives of those he works with.
Regan Engle
Marketing Director
Regan Engle is a Junior studying Marketing and Management. Regan is one of the primary creators of marketing materials and takes point on the Annual Report and the Student International Business Council website. She also manages and creates content for social media and manages the SIBC LinkedIn page. She is a driven and focused individual who enjoys channeling marketing and branding knowledge into SIBC. Regan is passionate about layouts and design and their connections to account engagement.
Tai Rutledge
Chief Financial Officer
Tai Rutledge is a Senior studying Finance and Economics and is the Chief Financial Officer of the Student International Business Council. As CFO Tai oversees SIBC finances and assists the Executive board through financial analysis reporting. Tai has previously worked as a pricing analyst at C.H Robinson where he audited contractual agreements, analyzed data sets, and reported trends in the transportation industry.

Madeline Rogers
M.B.A., J.D.
Executive Director and Faculty Advisor
Madeline Rogers is the Executive Director and Faculty Advisor of the Benedictine College Student International Business Council. In this role she has coordinated SIBC consulting projects for clients in the USA, Mexico, Canada, Belize, New Zealand, South Africa, Italy, Spain, France, and Austria. Madeline also teaches courses in business law and international business.
