Meet Our 2023-2024 Executive Team
President
Simon Anderson
Simon Anderson is a Junior, studying Finance and accounting and is the President of SIBC. Simon is responsible for organizing meetings and overseeing the activities of the entire board. In addition, Simon also maintains relationships with college administration, faculty advisors, the International Business Council (IBC), and Mr. Frank Potenziani. Simon also leads, manages, and supports the Executive Board in their respective roles and promotes the organization as a whole.
Vice President
Joshua Arendt
Joshua is the Vice President of the Student International Business Council at Benedictine College. Joshua’s role as Vice President is to assist the President with any tasks that SIBC takes on. In addition to these duties, Joshua has also helped lead and be a part of several projects during her time on the board.
Chief Financial Officer
Anselm Fiesen
​Anselm Friesen is a senior transfer student from California, studying Accounting and Finance. As CFO Anselm oversees SIBC finances, as well as project costs, in addition to leading the accounting team and serving as a project leader. Anselm has previously served as the Executive VP of Orange Coast College’s Student Government, where he collaborated with college executives on program budgets and college operations.
Marketing Director
Hallory Sutherland
Hallory Sutherland is a senior, studying Marketing and Management and is the Marketing Director of SIBC. Hallory is responsible for social media, helps with the website and makes the annual report. In addition, Hallory also maintains relationships with other directors and executive members to inform the alumni, benefactors, and students on what the club is working towards.
Project Co-Director
Dominic Ricca
Dominic Ricca is a senior studying Business Management and is the Project Director of SIBC. Dominic keeps eyes on all of the current projects and communicates updates to Dr. Rogers and the board. Dominic makes sure every project stays on track with their teams and their goals as well as finding new project opportunities for SIBC each semester.

Rosanna McKeown
Rosanna McKeown is a senior studying Business Management with a minor in Psychology, and is the Director of Projects of SIBC. Rosanna is responsible for organizing meetings with her team and supporting her fellow executive board members. In addition, Rosanna keeps an eye on all of the current projects and communicates updates to Dr. Rogers and the board. Rosanna makes sure every project stays on track with their team dynamics and their goals.

Garrett St. Clair
Garrett St Clair is a senior studying Business Management and is the Director of Advancement for the Student International Business Council at Benedictine College. He works to promote a positive image of SIBC to the outside public, maintain relationships with SIBC alums, and find new sources of funding for the organization.

Marissa Mantz
Marissa Mantz is a sophomore studying Accounting and International Business and is the Director of Advancement for the Student International Business Council at Benedictine College. She works to promote a positive image of SIBC to the outside public, maintain relationships with SIBC alums, and find new sources of funding for the organization.
Administrative Director
Danny Escala
Hello, my name is Daniel Escala, and I am a junior at Benedictine College. I grew up in Miami, Florida, and currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia. I am a triple major studying economics, philosophy, and international studies. This is my second year in the Student International Business Council and my first year as the Administrative Director. I am a member of the Honors Program and Constitutional Fellows, and compete annually on Benedictine College’s moot court team. In my free time, I enjoy playing soccer, piano, and learning about geography.
Executive Director and Faculty Advisor
Madeline Rogers, M.B.A., J.D.
Madeline Rogers is the Executive Director and Faculty Advisor of the Benedictine College Student International Business Council. In this role she has coordinated SIBC consulting projects for clients in the USA, Mexico, Canada, Belize, New Zealand, South Africa, Italy, Spain, France, and Austria. Madeline also teaches courses in business law and international business.
