Who Are We?
Michael Dickson
President
Michael Dickson is a senior, studying Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Astronomy and is the President of SIBC. Michael is responsible for organizing meetings and overseeing the activities of the entire board. In addition, Michael also maintains relationships with college administration, faculty advisors, the International Business Council (IBC), and Mr. Frank Potenziani. Michael also leads, manages, and supports the Executive Board in their respective roles and promotes the organization as a whole.

Lauren Rabal
Vice President
Lauren Rabal is the Vice President of the Student International Business Council at Benedictine College. Lauren's role as Vice President is to assist the President with any tasks that SIBC takes on. In addition to these duties, Lauren has also helped lead seven projects during her time on the board.

Claire Donahoe
Chief Financial Officer
Claire Donahoe is a senior studying Accounting and Finance. Claire is the Chief Financial Officer of the Student International Business Council at Benedictine College. Her role is to manage SIBC's revenues and expenses and keep track of financial activities in SIBC's online system.

Rosemary Williams
Projects Director
Rosemary Williams is the Project Director of SIBC. Rosemary keep eyes on all of the current projects and communicates updates to
Dr. Rogers and the board. Rosemary makes sure every project stays on track with their teams and their goals.

Nathan Hall
Marketing Director
Nathan Hall is a senior Theology major with minors in Philosophy and Mass Communications. Nathan is currently the marketing director, working with his team to keep up with all the marketing needs of SIBC

Simon Anderson
Director of Advancement
Simon Anderson is a sophomore studying Finance and Accounting and is the Director of Advancement for the Student International Business Council at Benedictine College. He works to promote a positive image of SIBC to the outside public, maintain relationships with SIBC alums, and find new sources of funding for the organization.

Nathan Meiers
Administrative Director
Nathan Meiers is a Junior studying Political Science at Benedictine College. His role on the SIBC board is to take notes at board meetings and send them to Dr Rogers.

Madeline Rogers, J.D.
Faculty Advisor
Madeline Rogers is the Executive Director and Faculty Advisor of the Benedictine College Student International Business Council. In this role she has coordinated SIBC consulting projects for clients in the USA, Mexico, Canada, Belize, New Zealand, South Africa, Italy, Spain, France, and Austria. Madeline also teaches courses in business law and international business.
