Sourcing Team

The sourcing team focused on identifying and securing both national and international clients for upcoming semesters. In addition, the team planned and executed a cultural event aimed at strengthening engagement and community within SIBC.

To support long-term success, the team also developed a structured system for future client sourcing and event planning. This included creating clear processes, communication guidelines, and step-by-step instructions to streamline how future SIBC events are organized and executed.

“This semester, I had the privilege of leading the first-ever Sourcing Team for SIBC. My team and I focused on connecting with new SIBC clients by building relationships, researching international partners, and creating a template to add structure and consistency for future sourcing teams. This experience pushed me to think proactively and strategically while ensuring a smooth transition for those continuing our work. Through it, I strengthened my leadership, communication, and time management skills, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to make a lasting impact on SIBC’s future.” - Clare McNamara
