SIBC students will research and present a two-part project.
International Supply Chain: Discover and optimize domestic options Cantwell-Cleary Co. has for various product lines and how to reduce foreign exposure in its supply chain.
Establishing Radial Market Dominance: Establish market dominance within a 10–15-mile radius of each warehouse location by developing a powerful marketing process and securing assets which guarantee rapid delivery. In a wholesale industry, service rather than products more often provide opportunities for differentiation between competing companies. If successful, this project would allow the client to dominate a particular niche and demographic in specific geographical locations in the mid-Atlantic region.
