SIBC students worked on a consulting project focused on market localization and revenue optimization for Livom in Austria. Livom is a digital commerce company operating across the European market, delivering high-quality home and lifestyle products through a direct-to-consumer model. As part of its international growth strategy, the company sought opportunities to strengthen its revenue performance in Austria through improved localization, positioning, and go-to-market execution.

The team analyzed the Austrian market and developed data-driven, actionable recommendations aimed at improving revenue generation and conversion rates. Rather than focusing on broad market entry theory, the project emphasized practical commercial strategies grounded in Austrian consumer behavior and real market conditions.

“This semester, I led the Livom Project. My team and I were responsible for conducting a full, competition-focused marketing analysis for a European furniture company based out of Vienna, Austria. I grew exponentially from this project, strengthening my research and leadership skills. Additionally, I gained experience in cross-cultural communication and measuring market success in order to present a polished final product to our client.”

“This semester marked my fourth and final semester in SIBC. I had the opportunity to participate in the Livom project. During this project, I gained a better understanding of the Austrian market and the Austrian consumer. Through this project, I strengthened my teamwork and communication skills, and I am a better student because of this project.”
