Lauren Rabal "I loved working on this project because it is my first real project in the business world.I enjoyed meeting and presenting to the client, as well as getting to walk around Washington D.C. and Spring Mills, West Virginia. This project helped me develop my leadership and teamwork skills."
Eli Campbell "My favorite aspect of our Tiny Treasures project was the opportunity to help a business supply critical information for the their future operations. This project being my first real-world market research helped me understand how to put together pieces of data into a real analysis."
Cecelia Belderok: I was really grateful for the chance to travel for this project! Traveling for a business project is a unique opportunity for any student, but as a physics major it was so incredible to be able to gain experience in such a different field. Even though my major is so different from what SIBC offers, working on this project definitely helped me broaden my range of experience and I am so grateful to have been able to be a part of this project!
Ian Kai: I greatly enjoyed my time in D.C for many reasons. First I enjoyed the opportunity to be a part of a professional business trip. I also enjoyed the research aspect of the work. As a psychology major, I am constantly doing research, but putting it into practice is a new and exciting experience. Lastly, I loved being able to work with people from different backgrounds and majors. Each of us brought a unique aspect to the team which helped us achieve our goals.
