BuySide

This is a joint event with Notre Dame and the University of San Diego. Each school is assigned a topic. Benedictine's topic was to research and present on affordable and clean energy and industry, innovation, and infrastructure.

"This year being on the BuySide team has allowed me to immerse myself in what it’s like to be in a group and work efficiently. I have also learned various financial analysis skills when looking at a company that I can use in the real world when it comes to my job and what I plan to do after Graduation. Being in SIBC has been extremely beneficial and I have gained so much knowledge and a lot of friends in the process. When out in San Diego the whole peace through commerce ideology came full circle when we were networking with the other teams and panelists before and after the presentation and it made the experience a lot more wholesome." - Xavier Hernandez
