This student team worked with the Circle Ten Council of the Boy Scouts in Dallas, Texas. This project consisted of creating a marketing plan and social media content for a Cub Scout event in late April. Additionally, the team took pictures and videos on site to post on social media the day of the event. The photos were also to be used in the fall for the recruitment campaign.
"This semester I was blessed with the opportunity to be the Photographer for the Boy Scouts Project. This was great personal experience for me in my photography work, expanding my portfolio to include: working with rain in photography, candid shots, child photography, and action shots, all things that I have gained much from, through this project." - Joshua Arendt
"This semester I was the project leader for the Boy Scouts team. Being able to take a project from the very beginning through the final presentation was a huge learning experience for me. I started planning this project about three months before the semester started. Seeing the work that the team put in throughout the semester was amazing. This was a great group and we created some useful content and gave them some new ideas on how to utilize their social medias." - Marissa Mantz
